1. Legal & Regulatory Compliance

2. Ethical Sourcing & Authenticity

  • Laboratory-Grown Integrity: Suppliers must ensure all diamonds are genuinely laboratory-grown and accurately disclosed as such. Misrepresentation or mixing with natural or undisclosed origin stones is strictly prohibited.

  • Transparency of Origin: Provide full documentation of the origin of rough and polished laboratory-grown diamonds, including details of the production method (CVD, HPHT, etc.) and manufacturing facility.

  • Responsible Procurement: Any ancillary materials (chemicals, metals, or equipment) used in the laboratory-grown process must be sourced responsibly, avoiding links to conflict, human rights abuses, or environmentally destructive practices.

5. Business Integrity
