SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

3.3 We will notify you if we anticipate significant delays.

4. Delivery Methods & Carriers

4.1 All UK deliveries are made via secure, tracked courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
4.2 International deliveries are made via trusted global couriers with tracking and insurance.
4.3 You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

5. Delivery Costs

5.1 Delivery charges are displayed at checkout before payment.
5.2 Standard UK delivery is free for orders over a specified threshold (stated on our website).

6. Risk & Title

6.1 Risk in the goods passes to you once they are delivered to your address or a nominated recipient.
6.2 Title (ownership) of the goods remains with us until full payment is received.

7. Missed or Failed Deliveries

7.1 If you are not available to accept delivery, the courier will leave a card or attempt redelivery.
7.2 If delivery is not possible after reasonable attempts, goods may be returned to us. We may charge for redelivery.

8. Loss, Damage & Insurance

8.1 All shipments are insured by us until they are delivered to you.
8.2 You must inspect the package on delivery and notify us immediately of any visible damage.
8.3 If an item is lost or damaged in transit, we will investigate with the courier before issuing a refund or replacement.

9. International Deliveries
