The natural diamond industry has a complicated legacy, but it’s changing. Through initiatives like blockchain based traceability, responsible sourcing, and vastly improved mining practices, the industry is working hard to regain consumer trust. At De Vere Brilliance and De Vere Diamonds, we use blockchain technology to track every diamond from its source—whether a laboratory or a mine—all the way to the customer. That means you know exactly where your diamond came from and how it got to you. We work with Sarine Technologies, Tracr, iTraciT and Everledger to maintain full supply chain transparency.
And one day soon, those tracking servers may themselves contain laboratory-grown diamond semiconductors. The future is bright, and brilliant.
